Role Overview

The Client Care Advisor will deliver high-quality customer service while serving and selling to clients. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating maximum revenue through direct channels, promoting Cathay Pacific’s services, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Provide exceptional customer service via digital channels (live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.) and phone.
    • Assist customers with travel product inquiries, fares, and new booking support.
  • Digital Assistance:

    • Help customers navigate and use Cathay Pacific’s website and mobile app for self-service transactions seamlessly.
  • Sales:

    • Identify sales opportunities and maximize revenue generation through effective sales techniques.
  • Performance Targets:

    • Meet key performance metrics in customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and other operational goals.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • TOEIC score of 325+ (reading and listening) or a valid IELTS Academic Band Score of 6.5 or above.
  • Experience:

    • Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to focus and stay composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility:

    • Willingness to work shifts.
