Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in Verizon’s Digital Service transformation, helping build a seamless end-to-end digital experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven business intelligence by:

✔ Finding the right data, analyzing it, and extracting valuable insights.
✔ Creating dashboards, reports, and presentations to help guide business decisions.
✔ Collaborating with product teams to understand business needs and initiatives.
✔ Evaluating data trends and clearly communicating key takeaways.
✔ Developing new business intelligence services to address emerging needs.

Qualifications

???? Required:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work experience.
✔ Four+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a similar role.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, GCP, Teradata, and BigQuery.
✔ Knowledge of Looker, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Kibana, and Grafana.
✔ Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization.
✔ Strong data modeling skills for different sources in Tableau/Qlik Sense.
✔ Knowledge of Google Suite and database management systems.
✔ Ability to interpret data and suggest the next course of action.
✔ Familiarity with OneJira or similar ticketing tools.

???? Preferred (Bonus Points):
✔ Experience with third-party reporting tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot).
✔ Basic programming skills (e.g., VBA/Python).
✔ Knowledge of Google App Script basics.
