Job Type: Full-Time, Contractual / Temporary

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Fully Remote)


About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Avature HR Support Associate to join our team. This role focuses on providing both technical and functional support for the Avature HR platform, ensuring optimal use and a seamless experience for HR teams and end-users. You'll contribute to troubleshooting, system configuration, training, and continuous process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Avature System Support

  • Offer daily technical assistance and troubleshooting for the Avature platform.

  • Address and resolve system issues and user queries promptly.

System Configuration & Maintenance

  • Assist in configuring workflows, forms, and reports within Avature.

  • Maintain system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

User Training & Documentation

  • Conduct training for new and existing users on best practices and new features.

  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and support materials for Avature navigation.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Support data entry and data integrity efforts.

  • Generate custom reports and dashboards to aid HR analytics and decision-making.

Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with HR and IT to identify and implement system and process improvements.

  • Suggest enhancements to improve user experience within the Avature system.

General HRIS Support

  • Assist with other HR system tasks, including integrations with additional tools.

  • Support the rollout of system updates and new features with minimal user disruption.


Key Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a support role, preferably within HRIS systems.

  • Direct experience with Avature is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint.

  • Understanding of HRIS platforms and system integrations.

Communication Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to clearly explain technical topics to non-technical users.

  • Experience creating documentation and delivering user training.

Organizational Skills

  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
