The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The role involves interacting with candidates, employees, and management to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Onboarding:
Assist with the onboarding process, including documentation, pay negotiations, and creating/updating employee profiles in HR software.
HR Administration:
Maintain HR databases, ensuring accurate employee records and assist in preparing HR-related documents.
Employee Relations:
Support employee relations by addressing queries and assisting HR managers with maintaining a positive work environment.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with HR regulations, track certifications, and follow up on required training and certifications.
Ad Hoc HR Tasks:
Perform other HR tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in HR or a related field (Required)
