We are seeking a taskmaster, flexible, and smart HR Manager to enhance the organization's human resources by implementing effective employee relations, hiring strategies, and HR policies.
✅ Manage the entire technical hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
✅ Attend college career fairs, interact with students, and promote our employer brand.
✅ Establish relationships with university TPOs and facilitate campus hiring.
✅ Maintain up-to-date job descriptions in compliance with legal regulations.
✅ Develop training and performance management programs to ensure job role clarity.
✅ Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution strategies.
✅ Establish key HR metrics to evaluate employee performance (KPI framework).
✅ Conduct onboarding, induction, and training to motivate new employees.
✅ Develop and update payroll strategy through market analysis.
✅ Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local labor laws.
✅ Gather and analyze HR data for key metrics like time-to-hire & turnover rates.
???? 0-2 years of experience in HR, engagement, talent reviews, or L&D.
???? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
???? Experience in technical recruitment & campus hiring is a plus.
???? Ability to analyze HR data and develop actionable insights.
???? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).

✅ Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Logical thinking and decision-making abilities.
