We are seeking a Personal Assistant with strong Project Management and HR Coordination skills to support our leadership team. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.


???? Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to senior leadership.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle communication follow-ups.

  • Track project timelines and update progress reports regularly.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

  • Assist with HR tasks such as:

    • Recruitment coordination

    • Onboarding processes

    • Record maintenance and documentation

  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and key business documents.

  • Organize virtual team meetings and internal events.

  • Help manage task lists and follow-up systems to meet deadlines.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet).

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable.

  • Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting international teams or working in a remote environment.

  • Basic understanding of HR tools and platforms.

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
