Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Onboarding & Orientation
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure a positive experience.
Employee Relations & Support
Address employee queries and concerns, guiding them on HR policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues and promote a harmonious work environment.
Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee progress, provide feedback, and support employee development plans.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Develop, review, and update HR policies to align with business needs.
Employee Development & Training
Identify training needs and organize relevant sessions.
Facilitate employee development initiatives to support career growth.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Record Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Generate reports on HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, and employee engagement.
Grievance & Conflict Resolution
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner.
Strong communication skills in English.
Prior experience in HR management or related field.
Ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and databases.
