We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring both IT and Non-IT professionals for various technical positions. You will need to have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define role requirements, and understand departmental hiring needs.
Sourcing Candidates: Use various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening: Screen and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive impression of the organization.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and provide offer recommendations to hiring managers.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Diversity and Inclusion: Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior recruiters and contribute to the development of the recruitment function.
Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and create a positive work environment.
Onboarding Support: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires and foster positive relationships from day one.
Passive Talent Engagement: Proactively engage passive talent for future hiring needs.
Employee Development: Contribute to employee development strategies, including programs for career growth and retention.
Referral Programs: Help create and manage employee referral programs to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record of hiring for a variety of roles.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Specialized Roles: Experience recruiting for specialized or niche roles.
Diversity & Inclusion: Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
Employee Engagement: Knowledge of employee engagement platforms or retention tools.
