Unique Tours and Travels is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Air Ticket Booking Staff to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of the Galileo GDS system and excellent communication skills to assist customers with flight bookings, fare inquiries, and travel itineraries.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Flight Ticket Reservations: Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the Galileo GDS system.
✔ Fare Quotations: Provide accurate fare quotations and assist customers with flight-related queries.
✔ PNR Management: Coordinate with airlines for PNR management and ticket issuance.
✔ Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch customer service.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
✔ Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate booking records and customer interactions.
Requirements:
✅ Basic knowledge of Galileo GDS system
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Experience in flight bookings & customer service preferred
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✅ Availability for Night & Evening Shifts
