Job Description:
We are seeking a Travel Consultant / Air Ticketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess detailed knowledge of GDS systems, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex travel itineraries. If you are passionate about travel and have the required skills and experience, we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide travel consultancy and book airline tickets, holiday packages, and other travel-related services for clients.

Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for flight bookings, ticketing, and modifications.

Assist clients with air ticketing, refunds, and handling special requests.

Provide expert advice on airline fare structures and ticketing procedures.

Process refunds, reissues, and cancellations as per airline policies.

Help clients with visa and travel insurance processes (knowledge of this is a plus).

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every step of the process.

Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Air Ticketing, Holiday Packages, and Travel Consulting.

Skills:

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and refunds.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

Knowledge of: Visa and travel insurance processes is a plus.
