Job Responsibilities:
Handle sea & air freight documentation (HBL/MBL, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
Ensure timely BL release & container tracking
Upload documents on ICEGATE, shipping portals (Maersk, MSC, Hapag, etc.)
Maintain compliance records and follow up on approvals
We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ years in freight forwarding (Freshers with internships may apply!)
✔ Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, BL procedures
✔ Experience with shipping portals (Maersk, MSC, Hapag, etc.)
✔ Strong MS Excel & email communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple shipments & deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation in Commerce/Logistics (or related field)
Diploma in Freight Forwarding/Export-Import Management (a plus!)
