Position Summary
As part of the high-performing Line Maintenance Cabin Management Center (CMC) at HAECO Hong Kong, Cabin Technical Associates play a key role in managing and resolving cabin deferred defects, coordinating maintenance support, and working closely with airlines, OEM reps, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
???? Cabin Maintenance & Safety

Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in all cabin defect handling

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
???? Technical Oversight

Provide technical recommendations for cabin defect rectification
-
Monitor and manage cabin deferred defects to ensure timely resolutions
???? Work Package Planning
-
Plan and issue maintenance work packages considering operational schedules, aircraft availability, task complexity, and available resources (tools, materials, manpower)

Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance plans
???? Material Coordination

Work with the Material Management Team to align part availability with maintenance needs
???? Customer & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as liaison between CMC, airline customers, and OEM representatives

Provide regular updates and maintain communication regarding cabin defect status
???? Continuous Improvement

Drive operational efficiency and identify areas for process enhancements
Requirements
✅ Experience
-
Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance planning, production, or technical advisory roles
-
Experience in cabin deferred defect management is an added advantage
-
Candidates with less than 5 years of experience may be considered for Cabin Technical Associate Grade 2/1
???? Technical Skills
-
Familiarity with systems such as CX Ultramain, AMOS, Net-line Ops, and TDM is a plus
???? Education
-
Completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
-
Higher Diploma or above in Engineering is preferred
???? Language
-
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential
