Air Ticket Booking Staff (Work from Home) – Unique Tours and Travels
Unique Tours and Travels is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Air Ticket Booking Staff to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of the Galileo GDS system to assist customers with flight reservations, fares, and travel plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Galileo GDS system to manage flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate fare estimations and respond to customer inquiries regarding flights.
- Coordinate effectively with airlines to manage PNRs and ticket issuance.
- Deliver excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, airline policies, and fare rules.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer interaction logs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in air ticket booking, travel consulting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using the Galileo GDS system for flight bookings.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Availability for night shifts.
