The Global L&D Leader will be responsible for designing and executing RateGain's global learning and development framework. This includes change management, strategy formulation, program execution, marketing, and adoption ROI. Key responsibilities will involve creating and implementing learning strategies and programs, designing e-learning courses, facilitating career development, conducting workshops, managing budgets, and maintaining vendor and consultant relationships.
Lead Global L&D Programs:
Oversee onboarding, independent learning, leadership development, succession planning, career progression, coaching, e-learning content, and more.
Collaborate with Partners:
Work closely with global and functional partners to develop and implement a cohesive learning culture at RateGain.
Assess Training Needs:
Continuously evaluate training needs across the organization and support the development, redesign, and implementation of training materials.
Onboarding Excellence:
Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires and managers, ensuring it is equitable and scalable across regions, safeguarding talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Design and Promote E-Learning:
Develop and promote an e-learning strategy, including the learning management system (LMS), ensuring effective usage of LearnGain (RateGain’s e-learning platform).
Continuous Evaluation:
Regularly assess the current training curriculum through surveys, observation, and feedback, and recommend necessary changes.
Promote Knowledge Sharing:
Foster an organization-wide learning environment by encouraging knowledge sharing through initiatives like brown bag sessions and monthly TalksAtRateGain.
Measure and Monitor Progress:
Track and evaluate the success of L&D initiatives through metrics and dashboards, reporting progress to senior management.
Support Change Management & OD:
Assist the CHRO in driving organizational-wide change management and organizational development initiatives.
Engage in Internal Discussions:
Represent L&D at various internal meetings to contribute to organizational learning and development strategies.
Expertise: A deep understanding of L&D best practices, particularly in global contexts, with significant experience in programs such as talent development, succession planning, organizational development, leadership development, content creation, and more.
Experience: 15-18 years of relevant experience in global organizations, leading L&D functions.
Strategic Alignment: Ability to align business objectives with learning-driven programs that foster a global learning culture.
Change Management: Skilled at navigating and responding to organizational changes swiftly.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills that positively influence people around you.
Guidance & Feedback: Ability to provide mentorship and constructive feedback, with a people-centric approach to leadership.
Innovative Leadership: A creative problem-solver and dependable team leader who drives results.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities without losing focus.
