Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 3-5 years of experience in team management and working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining applications while ensuring scalability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to define app functionality and user experience.
✅ Write efficient, maintainable, and clean code while following coding standards and best practices.
✅ Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
✅ Optimize applications for speed and efficiency.
✅ Provide ongoing technical support throughout the app's life cycle.
✅ Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
???? Programming Languages: JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
???? Python Frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI.
???? Node.js & Frameworks: Experience with Node and related frameworks.
???? Database Management: Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).
???? API Development: Experience with Django REST framework for creating RESTful APIs.
???? Software Development: Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
???? CI/CD & Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development tools.
???? Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
???? Microservices & Security: Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and implementing security measures.
???? Frontend Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers to connect server-side logic with user-facing components.
???? Optimization & Scalability: Optimize database queries and applications for better scalability and performance.
Preferred & Additional Skills:
???? Project Management: Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
???? Serverless Architecture: Knowledge of serverless computing is a plus.
