We invite final-year B.Arch students and recent graduates for a short-term professional training opportunity. This program will provide hands-on exposure to the professional environment in architectural design, where candidates will learn and work alongside our design teams and clients.
What You Will Learn
- Professional Ethics and Time Management: Understanding the code of conduct and managing timelines in a professional setting.
- Team Structure and Roles: Insight into the structure and roles within an architectural firm.
- Pre-Design Planning and Project Execution: Overview of pre-design planning, project development, and construction execution phases.
- Hands-on Experience: Work on live projects alongside our design teams and clients.
- Site Visits: Site observation reports, client interaction, and meeting minutes maintenance.

Candidate Qualifications and Expectations
Eligibility:
- Final-year B.Arch students or new graduates who have completed their 5-year degree program (including internships) and have not yet joined another architecture firm.
Required Skills:
- SketchUp (Required), AutoCAD (Required), Revit (Preferred)
- Familiarity with parametric design and rendering software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, 3DS Max, Lumion)
- Knowledge of graphic design, presentation, documentation, and calculation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, MS Office)
- Strong understanding of architectural principles
- Passion for creative design solutions through a practical and iterative process
- Ability to manage project documentation and follow professional company protocols
