  • Schedule: Night Shift (11 p.m. – 8 a.m. IST or 7 p.m. – 4 a.m. IST)
  • Location: Hyderabad, India
  • Work Model: On-site (subject to business requirements)

Job Overview:

AWS Support is seeking a Training Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of high-quality training programs for technical and non-technical learning initiatives. This role focuses on New Hire (NH) and Tenured Engineer Training for AWS India’s Night Support Team.

You will have a significant impact on the training and development of a global support team, working with leading businesses and mission-critical applications built on AWS services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, design, and facilitate training for new hires, continuing education, service launches, and specialized Support Engineering (SE) programs.
  • Deliver training using Adobe Connect, webinars, instructor-led classes (remote/classroom), and blended learning modules.
  • Set up and manage training logistics (Adobe Connect training room, tool permissions, trainee invites, curriculum preparation).
  • Analyze training needs using data insights, focus groups, and quality assessments to propose targeted learning solutions.
  • Track, report, and analyze training completion metrics.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of SE workflows and continuously improve training materials.

About AWS Support & Global Learning Team:

As a Training Program Manager, you’ll be part of the AWS Support team, at the forefront of cloud technologies. AWS Support provides global technical assistance to businesses using Amazon S3, EC2, and other AWS services.

The Global Learning Team develops training programs that enhance skills, knowledge transfer, and professional growth.


Qualifications & Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in:
    • Program/project management
    • Cross-functional collaboration (technical & non-technical teams)
    • Process improvement initiatives (data-driven)
    • Facilitating training, learning, and development programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing training programs (new hire training, continuing education, L&D projects).
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS or similar learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in e-learning software (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Experience working with technical customer service teams and training IT-related roles.
  • Ability to develop technical content in collaboration with managers and subject matter experts.
