What You'll Do
✔ Drive Product Execution: Work across Product, Technology, and Operations teams to develop and launch world-class products.
✔ Translate Business Needs into Tech Solutions: Partner with strong technical teams to design scalable technology solutions.
✔ Define Product Roadmaps: Envision business objectives and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
✔ Lead End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to deployment.
✔ Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics and judgment to shape our product strategy and define clear roadmaps.
✔ Risk & Trade-Off Management: Identify potential risks and make informed trade-offs for smooth delivery.
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across teams and make transparent decisions.
What We're Looking For
???? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
???? Experience:
- 5+ years in software product management, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience with GDS, airlines, online travel agencies, or travel content aggregators is desirable.
???? Technical Expertise: - Familiarity with Java and XML-based applications in cloud environments.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
???? Skills & Mindset: - Strong execution skills – ability to deliver and scale products.
- Excellent communication with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset with business-oriented thinking.
- Team player, but also capable of working independently.
???? Language Requirement: Fluency in English.
