Role and Responsibilities
As a Travel Consultant, your primary duties will include:
- Booking travel arrangements – flights, hotels, visas, and cruises.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch service.
- Managing financial transactions related to bookings.
- Using booking systems like Sabre and Amadeus for ticketing and reservations.
- Offering personalized travel recommendations and maintaining follow-ups post-travel.
Who We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel destinations, hotel bookings, visa processes, cruises, and airlines.
- Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, or other booking systems is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome!
- 1+ year of experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
