Role Overview

???? Position: Employee Relations Executive
???? Experience Required: 1-3 years
???? Department: India HR Team

As an Employee Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee relationships, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting HR policies.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage cases related to work ethics, performance, counseling, litigation, discrimination, harassment (including POSH), etc.
  • Act as a policy counsel & subject matter expert, advising business units on HR policies.

HR Policy Implementation & Support

  • Provide coaching & support to leaders on performance, behavior, and policy interpretation.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of employee issues and legal matters.
  • Handle vendor invoices, legal documentation, and monthly reporting.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for Department of Labor audits, legal & regulatory processes.
  • Advise management on labor law applicability and compliance in India.
  • Partner with internal & external legal counsel and liaise with government authorities.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Focus on delivering a positive employee experience through best ER practices.
  • Build strong relationships and leverage them to drive results.

What We’re Looking For

???? Education & Experience:

  • Full-time MBA from a recognized B-School.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Relations & HR Compliance.

???? Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of ER & HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Understanding of labor laws & compliance in the service industry.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance management & regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking, documentation, and follow-through skills.
  • High energy, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
