Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing emails, transcribing dictations, writing letters, conducting research, and handling customer service. You should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Schedule and manage multiple calendars.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Organize travel and lodging (flights, hotels, restaurants, etc.).

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties (writing, dictating, editing, filing, and email management).
  • Prepare spreadsheets, maintain online records, and update CRM databases.
  • Assist with research, presentations, and special projects.
  • Manage contact lists and customer databases.
  • Provide first-level customer service and handle inquiries.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Monitor and manage company social media accounts.
  • Design and execute social media advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.

Requirements & Skills

???? Education
Required: Master’s degree
Preferred: Bachelor's degree with experience in remote work

???? Experience & Skills
Required: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
Experience dealing with UK and US clients is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of:

  • MS Office & G Suite applications
  • Online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Cloud services & VoIP
  • Canva (preferred)
    Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
