Shift: Fixed Night Shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) | Rotational Shift | 24x7 Support

Experience: Prior network support experience preferred

???? Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide Level 1 network support for Ubiquiti product lines (UniFi Network, UniFi OS, ISP, etc.)
-
Manage support cases end-to-end—from creation to resolution
-
Communicate effectively with customers via email or chat
-
Conduct technical labs to replicate and resolve issues
-
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software network problems
-
Collaborate with internal escalation teams and product engineers
-
Recommend corrective actions and contribute to the Knowledge Base
-
Stay updated with Ubiquiti features, industry trends, and tech developments
-
Document recurring technical issues for continuous improvement
-
Maintain excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills
????️ Preferred Technical Skills:

Strong foundation in networking protocols:
-
TCP/IP, OSI Model, DHCP, DNS, ARP, NAT/PAT, VPN, VLAN (802.1Q), Port Aggregation (LACP), ACLs, STP/RSTP/MSTP

Wireless LAN fundamentals, VOIP (SIP), POE standards (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt)

Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, routing protocols

Familiarity with tools:

Wireshark, Traceroute, Ping, tcpdump

Linux knowledge is a plus
