Within the Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) division, the GS&C group is essential to enhancing the merchant experience and delivering impactful, value-added solutions. The GMNS Analytics team drives global strategies to accelerate acceptance and growth by providing insights and data-driven recommendations for merchants and partners.
An exciting opportunity to support the VP of GMNS Analytics and their global team. The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can manage fast-paced tasks and shifting priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Calendar Management:
Manage appointments across multiple time zones
Prioritize meetings aligned with strategic objectives
Adjust to last-minute changes and urgent requests
Travel & Logistics:
Prepare detailed travel itineraries
Arrange hotels, transfers, and contact coordination
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize meetings, conference rooms, catering, etc.
Ensure materials and pre-reads are ready
Administrative Support:
Maintain org charts, distribution lists, and team calendars
Track team expenses and support T&E filing via Concur
Assist in hiring coordination, including interview scheduling
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist in report generation
Team Support & Collaboration:
Partner with the Manager Assistant and other EAs across GS&C
Provide administrative support on internal processes and projects
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any field
Experience supporting executives in a global, fast-paced environment
Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism
Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
