Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Manager to lead our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all HR operations, from recruitment to employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Administration:

  • Develop and maintain HR & Admin policies.
  • Monitor recruitment process and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Maintain and update employee records as per legal requirements.
  • Track attendance and absenteeism, and take disciplinary action if necessary.
  • Process salary payments, advances, and overtime.
  • Recommend and implement salary structures, increments, and promotions.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and KPI assessments.
  • Monitor employee training, skill development, and technical training programs.

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses and legal compliances.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure ethical business practices.
  • Maintain labour law compliance, leave policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Follow OHS 45001 health & safety guidelines.

Process Improvement & Strategy:

  • Implement 5S, Kaizen, Waste Control, and Team Building initiatives.
  • Analyze process performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain compliance audits and customer complaint resolution.
  • Monitor employee engagement, event planning, and vendor growth.
  • Arrange travel tickets and accommodations when required.
  • Coordinate with IT and third-party support for system improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

???? Education:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources (Required)
  • BCom, DHRM, or MBA (HR) preferred

???? Experience:

  • Minimum 5-15 years in HR & Admin
  • Experience in a manufacturing firm is mandatory
  • Age group: 25 - 40 years

???? Language Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred)
???? Technical Skills:

  • HRMS System proficiency
  • Labour law knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
