Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and organizational development in the fast-growing e-commerce industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
  • Post job openings on social media, LinkedIn, and job portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Coordinate training and induction programs.
  • Organize and maintain employee records and HR documentation.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internship agreements.
  • Help track attendance, leave management, and payroll compliance (if applicable).

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture:

  • Plan engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
