Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern to support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and organizational development in the fast-growing e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Post job openings on social media, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
- Coordinate training and induction programs.
- Organize and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internship agreements.
- Help track attendance, leave management, and payroll compliance (if applicable).
Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture:
- Plan engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
