Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Technical Interviewer responsible for assessing candidates’ technical skills, competencies, and cultural fit for an organization. This role involves designing technical interview procedures, conducting in-depth evaluations, and collaborating with hiring managers to select top candidates.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Technical Interviews:

✔ Assess candidates’ technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
✔ Evaluate expertise in coding, software development, system architecture, or domain-specific skills based on job requirements.
✔ Utilize standardized tests, live coding assessments, and scenario-based questions.

2. Interview Process Optimization & Design:

✔ Develop structured interview questions and assessments for various technical roles.
✔ Implement fair and unbiased evaluation methods to improve hiring quality.
✔ Continuously update interview techniques in line with industry standards.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Teams:

✔ Work closely with hiring managers to understand job expectations.
✔ Provide insights on candidates’ technical strengths, weaknesses, and cultural fit.
✔ Participate in post-interview discussions to support data-driven hiring decisions.

4. Candidate Experience & Engagement:

✔ Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and feedback.
✔ Represent the company’s values and work environment during interviews.
✔ Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

5. Data & Reporting:

✔ Track interview outcomes, pass rates, and hiring efficiency metrics.
✔ Provide reports on candidate performance and hiring trends.
✔ Suggest process improvements based on data insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, HR, or technical interviewing.
  • Familiarity with various technical roles (Software Engineer, Data Scientist, IT Specialist, etc.).

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of coding languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and frameworks (React, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with interview platforms like HackerRank, Codility, or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Understanding of behavioral interview techniques and technical assessment tools.
