✔ System & Operations Support: Work with internal teams and partners to build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships while managing day-to-day payroll and system operations.
✔ User Account Management: Oversee user account creation and terminations across multiple systems.
✔ System Configuration & Troubleshooting: Build, configure, and troubleshoot payroll systems, ensuring smooth operations and continuous enhancements.
✔ Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with bookkeeping, implementation, and payroll operations teams to maintain data integrity and streamline processes.
✔ Compliance & Data Integrity: Monitor system configurations to ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with regulations.
✔ Client & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between external system vendors, internal teams, and clients.
✔ Payroll Analytics: Analyze payroll data to identify trends, ensure compliance, and improve processes.
✔ Deadline & Prioritization Management: Efficiently manage mid-size client transitions, meeting critical deadlines while handling multiple tasks under pressure.
✔ HR & Payroll Expertise: Basic knowledge of human resources and payroll industry standards.
✔ Australian Payroll Compliance: Ability to analyze employment relationship requirements across multiple Australian jurisdictions for payroll processing.
✔ ERP Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least two industry-recognized ERP systems.
✔ Data Analytics Skills: Strong ability to analyze payroll data and provide actionable insights.
✔ Benefits & Deductions Knowledge: Understanding of benefit deductions and their impact on payroll processes.
✔ Client-Facing & Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, help desk ticketing systems, MFA, and remote support tools.
✔ Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work extended hours and weekends with little notice.
✔ Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
