Key Responsibilities
???? Recruitment Activities – Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
???? Job Postings – Create and manage job listings on LinkedIn and other job portals.
???? Candidate Screening – Identify potential candidates and conduct initial interviews.
???? Collaboration – Work directly with the founding team for strategic HR planning.
???? HR Strategy & Best Practices – Understand and implement strategic HR practices to enhance business efficiency.
