Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Shift: Rotational shift
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Work Location: In-person (on-site at Bombay Hospital)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Pharmacy Officer specializing in OT Pharmacy operations to join our dynamic team.
Only candidates with a hospital OT pharmacy background will be considered.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: B.Pharmacy (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in OT pharmacy management.
Key Skills Required
-
Expertise in OT pharmacy medications including anesthetics, antibiotics, and emergency medicines.

Knowledge of surgical items, high-risk drugs, and implants.
-
Strong experience with item charging and narcotic management.
-
Thorough understanding of OT medication handling and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
-
Dispense and manage OT-specific medications such as anesthetics, high-risk drugs, and surgical items.

Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure the timely availability of surgical supplies and implants.

Monitor and maintain stock levels of OT medications and surgical supplies.

Handle and document controlled substances and narcotics in line with legal and hospital protocols.
-
Manage charging of medications and implants used during surgical procedures.
-
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and monitoring of expiry dates for all OT medications.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support pre-operative and post-operative medication needs.

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
