???? Job Responsibilities:

Conduct training programs focused on product knowledge and competitor insights

Lead detailing practice sessions with Territory Medical Representatives (TMRs)

Review performance through regular written product tests

Continuously update and revise training materials to align with current standards
???? Desired Candidate Profile:

Master's degree in Science or Pharmacy (M.Sc / M.Pharm is a must)

Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Candidates residing in or near Gurgaon / Manesar preferred

Male candidates preferred (as per company’s current team requirements)
