Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Executive
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Operations:

Oversee smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory management and timely medication dispensing.

Interpret prescriptions accurately and provide the correct medications or suitable alternatives.
Customer Handling:

Assist customers with medication-related inquiries and offer professional advice on usage.

Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards and satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:

Use pharmaceutical knowledge to educate customers on drug interactions, side effects, and storage.

Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical trends and updates.
Communication:

Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English to foster trust and clear understanding.

Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues smoothly.
Operational Efficiency:

Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers for continuous availability.

Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions per company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
