???? Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
-
MBA or PGDM in Marketing
???? Experience:
-
Minimum 6 months of Pharma Sales (field) experience
OR -
Currently working as a Management Trainee
-
Preferred segments: Gynecology, Orthopedics, Dermatology
???? Key Responsibilities:
-
Field Work (10–15 days/month) for strategy review and evaluation
-
Conduct on-field training for field staff regularly
-
Perform competitor analysis and develop counter-communication strategies
-
Analyze sales data (MIS, primary, secondary, collections)
-
Prepare product communication tools such as Visual Aids (VAs), Leave-Behind Literature (LBLs), etc.

Conduct monthly/quarterly brand reviews and performance monitoring
-
Coordinate with support functions to ensure effective marketing strategy implementation
