Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Morning shift
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage the dispensing of medications, maintain pharmacy operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals as prescribed.

Manage the ordering, storage, and safekeeping of pharmacy inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of medicines at all times.

Provide patients with complete information on medication usage, side effects, dosages, and storage; suggest interventions when necessary.

Collect sales payments and responsibly manage deposits.
-
Update patient records, billing, and generate reports as required.
-
Maintain separate and compliant records for specified medicines as per state and central laws.

Dispose of expired and damaged drugs responsibly.

Ensure timely renewal of pharmacy registration/drug license (DL) and prepare audit reports as required.

Keep the Inspection Book updated for external audits and quality inspections.

Maintain pharmacy safety, hygiene, and appropriate temperature in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in clinical programs and training sessions to enhance pharmacological knowledge of hospital staff.

Interact respectfully and empathetically with patients, preventing conflicts and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Engage ethically and compliantly with vendors, upholding organizational values.

Participate in emergency drills such as CPR and fire drills alongside other hospital staff.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: D Pharma / B Pharma (Required)

Certification: Valid Haryana Registration (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Preferred)

Education Level: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Location Requirement:

Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Karnal, Haryana before starting work.
