About the Role:
You will be part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical, specifically within the Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory domain. The team supports leading global biopharma companies by combining scientific expertise with insights into the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submissions, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.

Oversee the Affiliate Mailbox, perform report reconciliation, and conduct written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.

Ensure all activities are compliant with global regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines.

Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems independently and collaborate with team members to meet process requirements.

Interact primarily with internal peers and supervisors, with limited exposure to clients or management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy

3 to 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

Good analytical and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle disputes effectively

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
