Role Overview:
You will be aligned with Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting services that span the entire life sciences enterprise—clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services.
This role focuses on Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance, including:

Case identification, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs.

Managing the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciling reports, and performing written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.

Complying with global regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Solve routine problems using predefined guidelines and standard practices.

Follow detailed instructions provided for all tasks and maintain accuracy.

Work primarily within your own team and under close supervision.

Act as an individual contributor with a narrow, defined scope of work.

This role requires working in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

Proficient in English (Advanced).

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and willing to work under supervision.

Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles is a plus.
