✈️ Travel Requirement: Support offices throughout Europe
✔ Respond to IT issues via the ticket tracking system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
✔ Correct end-user issues and escalate problems that require further attention.
✔ Assist IT personnel in other locations in resolving end-user issues.
✔ Install, maintain, patch, and resolve issues related to hardware, LAN/WAN networks, and device encryption.
✔ Provide software installation, maintenance, and updates, including email systems, account creation, and software patching.
✔ Maintain records, logs, and reports of IT troubleshooting and support requests.
✔ Provide hands-on training and documentation for IT applications and equipment.
✔ Maintain diagrams and system documents in shared departmental repositories.
✔ Ensure network security measures are upheld according to company policies.
✔ Maintain confidentiality regarding data and IT systems.
✔ Stay updated with remote access products and security best practices.
✔ Provide weekly reports to Global Service Desk management on workload, open projects, and issues.
✔ Work with department leaders to understand business needs and propose IT solutions.
✔ Perform other duties as assigned.
???? Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (Certifications/formal training may be considered in lieu of experience).
✔ Must have a valid driver’s license.
???? Experience & Skills:
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
✔ Strong understanding of networking, internet technologies, and remote access.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
✔ Ability to adjust communication styles between technical and business audiences.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
✔ Must be proficient in English for business communication.
???? Technical Expertise:
✔ Experience with IT ticketing systems.
✔ Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware/software.
✔ Familiarity with network security best practices.
✔ Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
✔ Must be able to crouch, bend, and reach under desks/tables.
✔ Extended periods of computer use and phone communication.
