Job Description
We are looking for an HR Intern to assist with the recruitment process by conducting telephonic interviews, screening candidates, and supporting hiring and selection processes in alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
???? Conduct telephonic interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
???? Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
???? Perform cold calling to job seekers.
???? Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with company policies.
???? Utilize Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) for documentation and reporting.
???? Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Required Experience & Qualifications
✔ Experience: 3-6 months in IT Recruitment (Preferred).
✔ Education: Graduate with a minimum 60% score in 10th & 12th.
✔ Skills:
- Proficiency in English speaking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Device & Work Requirements
???? You must have your own laptop, broadband internet, and required software.
???? You will use your own mobile device for calling.
???? The company does not provide any assets as this is a work-from-home role.
