Job Responsibilities

Technical Support:

???? Provide first-line technical assistance via phone & email
???? Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues for employees & clients
???? Resolve login, permission & security access issues across various applications (ClinicMind, Gmail, Zoom, Salesforce, etc.)
???? Administer Gmail & internal software tools
???? Perform data migration, uploading & postings
???? Audit software tools & subscriptions
???? Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff

User Account Management:

???? Set up, modify & delete user accounts (email, network, software access)
???? Assist with password resets & access control issues
???? Maintain proper documentation for system & user changes

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

???? Diagnose & resolve technical issues efficiently
???? Maintain & manage ticketing systems
???? Assist with network, VPN, & connectivity issues

Documentation & Reporting:

???? Document technical problems, solutions & best practices
???? Maintain knowledge base articles & self-help documentation
???? Generate reports on system health, ticket trends & issue resolutions

Customer Service & Training:

???? Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
???? Train employees & users on software, devices & IT systems
???? Assist in developing training materials for common IT issues


Key Skills & Qualifications

???? Education: Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
????️ Experience: 2-3 years in IT support or technical helpdesk (preferred)

Technical Knowledge:

✅ Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
✅ Networking basics – LAN, WAN, VPN
✅ Office software – Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
✅ Hardware & software troubleshooting – Desktops, Laptops, Printers
✅ User account management & permission settings
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Tools & Technologies:

???? Ticketing Systems: Open-source ticketing tool experience
???? Remote Support: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn
???? Collaboration Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
???? Documentation: Google Docs
