✔ Customer Support: Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat.
✔ Customer Service Excellence: Deliver fanatical customer service with professionalism and accuracy.
✔ Technical Issue Analysis: Identify and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios.
✔ Feature Requests & Workarounds: Share effective solutions and requests with team members.
✔ Follow-ups: Ensure customer issues are resolved and provide additional assistance as needed.
✔ Team Collaboration: Support team members while interacting with Customer Support Representatives.
✔ Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple support tasks and prioritize efficiently.
✔ Experience: 3-5 years as a Technical Support Specialist or Semi-Voice IT Executive.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong written & verbal English proficiency (Convent-educated preferred).
✔ Customer Service Background: Familiarity with customer-oriented industries is a plus.
✔ Help Desk & IT Support: Experience with ticketing systems, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and remote support tools.
✔ Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
✔ Corporate Experience: Worked in a corporate setting supporting US clients.
✔ Patience & Adaptability: Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with a calm and professional approach.
✔ Education: University degree required.
