Anudip Foundation is seeking a dedicated Advanced Excel Trainer to support and empower specially-abled students. This role involves delivering domain-specific training, guiding students throughout their learning journey, and enhancing their employability.
????️ Key Responsibilities

Impart high-quality training on Advanced Excel and domain-specific subjects

Engage and train specially-abled students with care and patience
-
Identify and counsel underprivileged youth for course enrollment
-
Guide students in resume creation and provide coaching for interviews
-
Conduct mock interviews to improve placement readiness
-
Assign and assess classwork, tests, and assignments
-
Track and monitor student progress; maintain accurate records

Provide academic counseling and motivation
-
Groom students to boost their professional and personal development

Ensure job placement opportunities with potential employers

Support additional organizational initiatives as required
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience:

1 year in teaching/training (preferred)

1 year of Advanced Excel training experience (preferred)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel

Comfortable with basic computer applications

Willingness to travel to remote areas when needed
