Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in University ERP & HRMS support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MySQL and Advanced Excel and a strong understanding of ERP implementation in educational institutions (colleges/universities).
Key Responsibilities
???? ERP Implementation & Support:
- Provide implementation support and training for University ERP, HRMS, and Payroll systems.
- Plan and execute database (MySQL) conversions, system migrations, and system provisioning for product deployment.
- Serve as a key liaison in all phases of software implementation.
???? Technical & Database Management:
- Work on MySQL queries and support issue resolution.
- Ensure technical compatibility with customers.
- Analyze workflows and provide solutions based on business needs.
???? Team Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
- Support teams in configuration, troubleshooting, and customer queries.
- Establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance in ERP deployment.
- Contribute to developing a strong technical team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
???? Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR Diploma
???? Experience: 1-2 Years in MySQL & Advanced Excel
Technical Skills:
✔ Strong MySQL knowledge – Database management & query execution.
✔ Advanced Excel proficiency – Data analysis & reporting.
✔ Experience in ERP Implementation & Support for Educational Institutions.
✔ Basic understanding of programming languages – OOPS, Java, PHP.
✔ Experience with HR, Finance, and Payroll modules in ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
✔ Excellent communication & training skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
