Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on loans and financial products.
- Assist clients in understanding loan options, including personal loans, home loans, and business loans.
- Assess clients' financial status and recommend suitable financial products to meet their needs.
- Process loan applications and manage the documentation process.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Stay updated on current financial products and market trends to offer relevant advice.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to loan applications and conversions.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth and timely approval process.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions with clients for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of financial products, loan processes, and the banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience as a loan consultant, financial advisor, or in a similar banking role.
- Experience in customer service and relationship management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local market and client preferences in Bengaluru is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Occasional weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
