Role Overview

The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous engagement and risk profiling. The RM will identify potential customers and provide tailored banking solutions, ensuring a superior customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with a select customer group.
  • Provide personalized customer service and address queries effectively.
  • Ensure timely execution of customer instructions while maintaining high service standards.

Business Growth & Cross-Selling

  • Deepen relationships by cross-selling the bank’s products and services.
  • Achieve targets for New-To-Bank (NTB) acquisitions, cross-selling, and portfolio retention.
  • Promote and sell third-party financial products.

Portfolio Management & Compliance

  • Manage portfolio irregularities, renewals, pending approvals, and insurance compliances.
  • Achieve monthly enhancement disbursement targets.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and bank policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred).

Experience:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services Industry (BFSI).

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Understanding of banking products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills (English & local language).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and portfolio tracking.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
