Job Role:

1. Client Service Support for Current Account Customers:

  • Handle Trade and Forex Transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth processing of Current Accounts with high first-pass scores, maintaining clarity in documentation and record updates.
  • Respond to client queries related to:
    • Documentation
    • Account balances & activity
    • Statement information
    • Securities transfers & information
    • General product/service information
  • Liaise with Branches, Operations/Product teams, CMS Ops, and group service providers for seamless execution.
  • Manage cheque referrals, statement requirements, Re-KYC, Risk Profiling, and other Compliance Parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external processes in communication.

2. Account Maintenance & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain existing accounts through excellent client service, record-keeping, and obtaining required documentation.
  • Work towards relationship deepening with existing clients.
  • Ensure all customers are KYC compliant.
  • Fulfill Internal Audit and Internal Control requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial Products and Banking Systems.
  • Understanding of Banking Products, Processes, and Systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
