Job Responsibilities:
???? Data Entry & Processing – Accurately input customer information, transaction details, and account updates into banking systems.
???? Transaction Settlement – Process and reconcile transactions to ensure accurate account balances.
???? Account Maintenance – Update account details, manage dormant accounts, and address discrepancies.
???? Compliance Checks – Verify adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
???? Report Generation – Create daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including account balances and compliance issues.
???? Document Management – Maintain proper records for transactions, customer data, and compliance purposes.
???? Error Resolution – Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entry or transactions.
???? System Administration – Utilize banking software for back-office functions and ensure system updates are applied.
???? Liaising with Other Departments – Collaborate with front-office staff, loan officers, and other teams for smooth operations.
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to accurately process large volumes of data with minimal errors.
✔ Educational Qualification – Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
✔ Experience – Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred).
