Job Overview
Deutsche Bank’s liability business operates in 17 locations across India, offering services across personal, private, and business banking. This role focuses on expanding the savings account portfolio through cross-selling and new customer acquisition, ultimately driving fee income growth.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Customer Acquisition
- Support Head RM in organizing microevents to attract new customers.
- Acquire new accounts through referrals from existing customers and group companies.
- Leverage customer relationships to expand Deutsche Bank’s network.
2️⃣ Cross-Selling & Relationship Management
- Ensure consistent growth in the savings portfolio.
- Partner with Head RM to deepen customer engagement and maximize investment & insurance sales.
- Drive third-party distribution of insurance, auto loans, and mortgages to grow client portfolios.
- Conduct Risk Profiling for all customers and implement targeted customer contact programs.
- Monitor and enhance average revenue per customer.
3️⃣ Customer Retention
- Provide top-tier service to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor high-net-worth accounts to ensure consistent engagement and balance retention.
- Reactivate inactive or low-balance accounts.
- Resolve service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4️⃣ Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere to Deutsche Bank’s policies, including:
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Misselling & Information Protection Policies
- Operational Risk & Code of Conduct
- Provide feedback to Product and Service Quality teams on changing customer needs.
- Utilize the db Financial Planning Tool for customer engagement.
- Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the Area Manager.
5️⃣ Channel Promotion
- Increase customer digital engagement by capturing email and mobile details.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience handling client relationships worth ₹20 million+.
✅ Preferred backgrounds:
- Banking
- Premium club membership sales
- High-end credit card sales
✅ Strong grooming, presentation, and English communication skills.
✅ Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
✅ Experience: 7-12 years in:
- Insurance & Investments
- Wealth Management
- Mutual Funds & PMS
✅ Proven expertise in acquiring new banking customers.
