Key Responsibilities:
1. Bank Relationship Management
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks to support business operations.
2. Collaboration with Bankers
✔ Work closely with bankers for seamless transaction management, compliance, and operational needs.
3. Payment Gateway Integration
✔ Manage relationships with payment gateway providers to ensure smooth payment processing.
4. Account Management
✔ Handle the process of opening new bank accounts with partner banks as required for business expansion.
5. Operational Coordination
✔ Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to align banking solutions with business goals.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in nurturing partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
✅ Deep understanding of Indian corporate banking and the payment ecosystem.
✅ Preferred experience in business/product roles within banks.
✅ Strong grasp of digital banking and FinTech ecosystems with the ability to interact with CXOs.
✅ Excellent communication & documentation skills (ability to create high-quality documents and presentations).
✅ Strong empathy and ability to manage business relationships effectively.
✅ 5+ years of relevant work experience.
