Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Schedule:

Night Shift: 8 PM – 4 AM (Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week)

British English Academy is a growing, dynamic immigration company based in Canada, looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Appointment Setter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer interaction and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments.

Provide detailed information about the services and offerings of the company.

Assist in managing appointments for clients seeking immigration services.

Maintain records of client interactions and update the database regularly.

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on appointments as needed.
Requirements:
-
Excellent communication skills in English (British or other accents preferred).

Previous BPO/Call Center experience is a plus.

Experience in the Immigration industry is an added advantage.

Strong persuasion and customer service skills.

Ability to work night shifts and meet targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
