Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products, services, and offers to customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and address their queries over the phone.
- Increase sales by reaching out to current and potential customers.
- Handle customer concerns regarding products or services.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Assist in onboarding users through tele-calling.
- Ensure high attention to detail in customer interactions.
- Work with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
Who Can Apply?
✔ Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound calling.
✔ Individuals who can start immediately with Dadu Medical Centre.
✔ Those willing to relocate to Delhi or are already based there.
✔ Applicants with relevant skills and interests in tele-calling and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education (preferred).
- Experience in technical support, customer service, or telecalling (1 year preferred).
- Language Skills: Hindi (preferred); English (preferred, if possible).
