As an Admission Telecaller, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about courses and colleges, and contributing to the company’s student enrollment goals.
???? Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Provide comprehensive information about colleges, courses, and admission processes.

Assist in the college selection process based on student profiles and preferences.

Address queries, resolve doubts, and guide students toward informed decisions.

Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-up interactions using CRM tools.

Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Proficient in basic computer usage and CRM software.

Willing to travel up to 50% if required.

Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Minimum 2 years in tele sales (Required)
